Get started with Happlicant
Request a free trial account at https://www.happlicant.com/start-free-trial, sign in once your account is activated, and you will land on your dashboard. Activation takes a few hours because we validate every new account before it goes live.
Request your account
The trial is 7 days, completely free, and needs no credit card. You get full access to everything with no limitations, you can invite team members, and you can cancel at any time.
Go to https://www.happlicant.com/start-free-trial. The form is titled "Request an account".
Fill in First name, Last name, Work email, Phone number, Website, and Number of recruiters.
Confirm "I confirm that I am a recruiter" and click "Request my account".
Allow a few hours for activation. We validate new accounts before activating them, and you will receive an email with your login credentials once that is done.
Sign in
Sign in at https://app.happlicant.com/auth/login with the credentials from your activation email. Invited team members and clients do not request their own account here; they use the invitation link sent by the account administrator.
Take your first look at the dashboard
After you sign in, your dashboard is your home base. It shows Active jobs, Candidate movement, Tasks, New applications, and performance indicators, along with sections for Pipeline Summary, Latest Applications, Open Jobs, and Candidate Sources.
An onboarding guide lives in the bottom-right of the app. It links to each setup step and checks them off automatically as you complete them.
